Writing, Art, Photography. Culture has always been a constant in my personal life — and, at times, in my professional one too.
⸺ Writing
In this photograph I am a guest of the Mantua Literature Festival, a festival that celebrates my greatest passion: writing. I have always filled my notebooks with words and notes. Some of those words become posts for my blog or my newsletter, others turn into articles, and others still become books.

Art cannot help being ir-reverent, ir-ritating, ir-regular, ir-rational, ir-respective and all those «ir-» that make it, above all, alive. As an art curator, from 2006 to 2013, I developed artistic projects and curated art catalogues to bring art to everyone, because everyone has the right to experience it.

⸺ Photography
In this photograph I am in Syria (Homs) in 2010, inside an old barber shop that today probably no longer exists. I shoot with a 28mm lens and, every now and then, I still allow myself the luxury of a roll of Kodak Tri-X 400 ASA film.
